Get ready for the 2023 Solar Tour! You can see panels in our community and talk with neighbors about the incredible benefits of solar!

Offered in partnership with the Illinois Solar Education Association, the purpose of the annual Illinois Solar Tour is to offer the public the opportunity to visit - for free and without any sales pressure - local homes and buildings to see how solar energy can be used efficiently. The intent of the Tour is to inspire people across the state to make sustainable energy choices that reduce costs, support energy independence, protect against power outages, and reduce carbon emissions.

This is a chance for everyone to view affordable and practical technologies in their own neighborhood that benefit the environment and are part of the solution to our nation’s energy issues.
