A Tree-mendous OAKtoberfest!

We had a blast at OAKtoberfest 2026! We joined the Glen Ellyn Park District and others local environmental organizations to celebrate Illinois oaks and discover fascinating facts about these majestic trees while engaging in a variety of family-friendly activities under the beautiful oaks on the shores of Lake Ellyn.

• Listened live music and a beautiful day outdoors with Glen Ellyn neighbors!

• Met with local environmentally-conscious organizations and small businesses.

• Played “a-corn hole” and other games

• Unleashed creativity with nature themed crafts and a community art project mural!
